How Tom Lost His License

Tom is a young man. He is 23 years old. He wanted to have a license to drive a car. He took a test and got his "L" license. After that he took driving lessons. These driving lessons cost him a lot of money. After three months he went to take a final test. He passed the driving test and another computer test and got his license. He was so happy.
After Tom finished his tests and got his license, he drove his car home. 20 minutes later a police car stopped him. A policeman got out of the car and talked to Tom. The policeman asked Tom why he was driving too fast. Tom was driving at 100 km per hour. He was not allowed to do that. He was allowed to drive at 60 km per hour. Tom said he was fast because he was so happy.
The policeman said it was not OK for Tom to drive too fast. Tom lost his driving license. He is not allowed to drive for 6 months. He also had to pay $450 as a fine. Tom was not happy. The policeman was not happy either.
